Our Positive Impact Report 2024/ 25

When we first went through B Corp certification, we scored 94.9. The median for ordinary businesses is 50.9. We were pleased. We also knew it was a starting point, not a destination.

Our assessment score is 102.3.

The improvement matters, but the number is not really the point. The point is what sits behind it: solar-powered equipment on commercial shoots across Europe, waste-free sets, circular production principles built into every project, and an In-House model that is proving itself as a genuine Impact Business Model, delivering measurable carbon savings for our clients while reducing their costs and increasing their output.

We are committed to carbon-neutral operations by 2030. Not through offsets. Through how we actually work.

Our In-House model is central to this. When you embed a creative production team inside a client organisation, you eliminate the constant travel, the duplicated equipment, the fragmented supplier chains that make traditional production so wasteful. One team. Shared resources. Smarter systems. It turns out the most sustainable way to make content is also the most effective way.

The full report covers editorial, operations, and people. It is honest about where we are and where we still need to improve. We would rather show the work than talk about values in the abstract.

Kind is cool.
